Obstetrics and Gynecology at Genesis Ob/Gyn

Born and raised in College Station, Dr. Justin Gayle is proud to serve the community he has always called home. A graduate of A&M Consolidated High School and Texas A&M University, he earned his medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, where he also served as President of his medical school class. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Texas A&M Health Science Center–Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, serving as Chief Resident.

Following three years of practice in The Woodlands, Dr. Gayle returned to College Station in 1999 with a strong sense of purpose—to provide compassionate, high-quality care in the community that shaped him. He is married with three children and two grandchildren. A passionate outdoorsman, Dr. Gayle promotes spending time in nature with family and has been featured in various media for his advocacy.

Dr. Gayle is an active supporter of Texas A&M University and Aggie athletics, and remains deeply involved in medical education as a faculty member at the Texas A&M University College of Medicine. He enjoys mentoring medical students and contributing to the growth of future healthcare professionals.

Throughout his career, Dr. Gayle has held numerous leadership positions within the Bryan/College Station medical community, including:

- Chief of Obstetrics & Gynecology

- Director of Women’s Services at the College Station Medical Center (CSMC)

- Member of the Physician Leadership Group, Maternal Care Committee, and Physician Liaison Committee

- Former member of the CSMC Board of Trustees

Dr. Gayle has received widespread recognition for his clinical excellence and leadership, including:

In 2005, Dr. Gayle co-founded the ABC Women’s & Children Clinic in partnership with College Station Medical Center and the Brazos Valley Community Action Agency. Located on the campus of CHI St. Joseph Health College Station Hospital, the clinic provides critical obstetric and pediatric care to underserved mothers and children, emphasizing Brazos Valley women's health. Dr. Gayle also served as its Medical Director for six years.

He is committed to creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere for his patients and strongly believes in building lasting doctor-patient relationships. As a dedicated advocate for women’s health and the broader Brazos Valley community, Dr. Justin Gayle’s mission is to deliver exceptional, personalized care with integrity and compassion through his practice, Genesis Ob/Gyn.

Lauren, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to women throughout every stage of life. She joined Genesis OB/GYN in 2022 and works closely with Dr. Gayle to deliver comprehensive women's healthcare to patients across the Brazos Valley.

Lauren began her healthcare career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She gained valuable experience as a Registered Nurse in emergency medicine, serving in both bedside and leadership roles, which helped shape her patient-centered approach to care.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) at Galveston and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

At Genesis OB/GYN, Lauren provides care for a wide range of women's health needs, including annual wellness exams, contraception counseling, adolescent gynecology, pregnancy care, menopause management, hormone optimization, and preventive health services. She is passionate about patient education and empowering women to take an active role in their healthcare decisions.

Lauren believes every patient deserves individualized, compassionate care and strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and supporting her local community. She is committed to helping women achieve optimal health and wellness at every stage of life.

Donna has served as Nurse & Practice Manager at Genesis OB/GYN for many years, working alongside Dr. Gayle to help build and grow the practice while supporting exceptional care for women throughout the Brazos Valley. In 2026, Donna proudly celebrated 20 years of service with the organization.

Donna earned her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), graduating at the top of her class, and later completed a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Service Coordination. She is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration, further expanding her knowledge in healthcare leadership, operations, and patient-centered practice management.

As Practice Manager, Donna oversees the daily operations of Genesis OB/GYN, including patient services, clinical support, staff development, healthcare compliance, and strategic practice growth. Her commitment to excellence helps ensure that patients receive compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care throughout every stage of life.

Known for her dedication to both patients and staff, Donna is passionate about improving the healthcare experience and creating systems that support outstanding women's healthcare.

Outside of the office, Donna is a proud mother of two and a proud "YaYa" to her grandson. She enjoys spending time with her family and cherishes the opportunity to watch her children and grandson grow. Her leadership, experience, and commitment to service continue to play an important role in the success of Genesis OB/GYN and the patients it serves.

Melinda serves as a Patient Access Representative at Genesis OB/GYN and is dedicated to providing a positive and welcoming experience for every patient who contacts or visits the office. As a key member of the front office team, she helps ensure patients receive efficient, compassionate service from their first interaction with the practice.

Melinda assists patients with appointment scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and answering questions related to their care. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinical staff.

She understands that healthcare visits can sometimes be stressful and strives to create a friendly, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and respected. Melinda enjoys helping patients navigate the healthcare process and takes pride in contributing to a positive patient experience.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her family and friends and values the importance of community and meaningful relationships. Her dedication, professionalism, and caring nature make her a valued member of the Genesis OB/GYN team.

Rhiann serves as a Patient Access Representative at Genesis OB/GYN, where she is often one of the first friendly faces patients encounter when contacting or visiting the office. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and helping patients feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their healthcare experience.

In her role, Rhiann assists patients with scheduling appointments, insurance verification, registration, and coordinating communication between patients and the clinical team. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to patient care help ensure the office operates efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.

Rhiann understands that navigating healthcare can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she strives to make each patient's experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She enjoys building relationships with patients and takes pride in helping them access the care they need.

Outside of work, Rhiann enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a proud mother to her son. She enjoys creating lasting memories with her family, exploring new experiences, and being involved in her community. Misty serves as both a Clinical Medical Assistant and Patient Access Representative at Genesis OB/GYN, providing support to patients throughout their healthcare journey. Her versatility and dedication allow her to assist both in the clinical setting and at the front desk, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience for every patient.

In her clinical role, Misty assists providers with patient care, prepares patients for examinations and procedures, and helps coordinate follow-up care and patient education. At the front desk, she supports scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and communication between patients and the healthcare team.

Misty is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for during every visit. She takes pride in building relationships with patients and contributing to a welcoming environment where women feel supported in their healthcare needs.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys spending time with her spouse and daughter, making family a top priority. She values creating meaningful memories with her loved ones and brings the same warmth, dedication, and compassion to her work at Genesis OB/GYN each day.

Marisa serves as a Clinical Medical Assistant at Genesis OB/GYN, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She works closely with providers and patients to help ensure each visit is comfortable, efficient, and focused on meeting individual healthcare needs.

In her role, Marisa assists with patient intake, clinical procedures, patient education, and coordination of care. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellent service help support both patients and the clinical team throughout the care process.
